It is mandatory that every Food Business Operator (FBO) to have a Food Safety Supervisor trained under the FoSTaC Training Programme.
What is the validity of a FoSTaC certificate?
The lifetime validity/perpetual nature of the Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) certificate has been revoked, and now the FSS certificate will be valid for two years.
The food handler with an FSS certificate set to expire on 1st February 2024, should have to
